| Job Description | Meat Preparation & Cutting: Break down, debone, trim, and grind various meats, including beef, pork, poultry, and lamb. Prepare a variety of cuts (e.g., steaks, roasts, chops, stew meat) according to company standards and customer requests. Operate and maintain meat processing equipment such as bandsaws, grinders, slicers, and tenderizers safely and efficiently. Prepare value-added products like sausages, marinated meats, and kebabs (if applicable). Customer Service & Sales: Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to all customers. Answer customer questions about different cuts, cooking methods, and preparation techniques. Make product recommendations and take custom orders.
