Job Description	? 1. Loading Materials or Goods Safely load products, goods, or materials onto trucks, pallets, shelves, or containers. Ensure weight is evenly distributed and properly secured to prevent damage or shifting during transit. Use appropriate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, or cranes (if certified). ? 2. Unloading Deliveries Unload incoming goods or materials from vehicles, trucks, or shipping containers. Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors or inventory personnel. ? 3. Sorting and Stacking Sort materials or products based on size, type, or destination. Stack or store items safely and efficiently in designated storage areas. ? 4. Manual Handling and Heavy Lifting Perform physical lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items as required. Adhere to safe lifting techniques to avoid personal injury and product damage
