Job Description	Makes alternations and repairs to uniform and civilian garments, such as pinning and basting trimming, lengthening and shortening sleeves Receives special orders from patrons requiring the affixing of medals, ribbons, badges, devices, ratings, Patrons selects appropriate items from a very large assortment of such insignia for military personnel Receives from authorized patrons garments/articles to be laundered and dry cleaned Receives tickets from patrons for pick-up of cleaned articles Production, implementation - through preparing files for printing, working with graphic printing machines, cutting and applying PVC foils Verifies type and quantity of merchandise received for agreement with documentation provided Resolve and follow-up on customer issues that extend beyond the immediate transactions Loads and unloads merchandise Maintains adequate stock of resale items Identifies any obvious spoilage, damage, and out-of-date merchandise
