| Job Description | Conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor. Analyze projects performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor. Prepare reports to analyses project progress in development or execution stages Facilitate project risks analysis. Collect and analyze projects lessons learned Support project team by providing them with consultation in project management best practices and procedures. Review and analyze project economics, governance, organization setup, execution strategy, cost estimating, scheduling, contracting, procurements, risk management. Provide support to develop the business plan, project feasibility study, project technical development. Analyze claims and advice on negotiation strategies. Conduct benchmarking studies. | ||
