Job Description	Food Preparation Perform prep tasks: chopping vegetables, portioning meats, measuring ingredients. Assist in basic cooking (e.g., boiling, frying) under supervision. Prepare garnishes, sauces, and batch items for service. Follow recipes and plating guidelines to maintain consistency. Cleanliness & Sanitation Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment; sanitize surfaces regularly. Dispose of waste properly, including recycling and composting. Clean floors, storage areas, and appliances to meet health standards. Monitor and report spoiled or expired ingredients. Inventory & Organization Receive, inspect, and store deliveries in designated areas. Rotate stock (FIFO: first-in, first-out) and label items. Restock stations during shifts and notify supervisors of low supplies. Assist in inventory counts and maintain organized workspaces.
