Job Description | Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts and functions (beneficial) Examples of longer term projects might include a migration to a new system, to a new vendor, new Fund set up, new product launches, internal projects such as risk control self-assessments or activity based costing analysis Provide in-person and phone support to fulfill service requests and troubleshoot/diagnose and resolve end user computing (EUC) incidents Manage incidents that are assigned to service partners Manage ticket queues and ensure timely updates to all assigned tickets Develop and maintain relationships with the Executive community Act as an ambassador and spokesperson for IT Maintain good relationships with the wider IT team (including IT business partners) to act as an interface for Executive interactions Work with IT projects to implement changes to the EUC environment to assess, plan and deliver these changes to the ETSS community Use best judgment to deter | ||
