Job Description	Operate grader machinery to level and smooth surfaces. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the grader. Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the grader. Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used. Ensure the grader is properly stored and secured at the end of each shift. Assist with other construction tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Follow project timelines and meet deadlines. Ensure the quality of work meets company standards. Operate other heavy machinery as required. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Report any accidents or incidents to the site supervisor immediately. Keep the work area clean and organized.
