Job Description	Manage, coordinate, and monitor the WTC operation on the day shift Assess emergency and crisis situations, and provide leadership and technical support to staff during emergency/crisis situations Supervise staff to ensure they inspect and monitor residential services for safety, security, and cleanliness Provide monitoring and supervision of consumers receiving residential services to ensure compliance with Center and residential rules Provide advice and guidance to staff in observing and reacting to the behavior of consumers and suggest methods of de-escalating potential issues or situations
