Develop detailed project budgets, ensuring the scope of work and specifications align with project goals and financial constraints. Assist in the preparation and review of tender documents and contracts for fire fighting systems. Evaluate and assess quotations and bids from contractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and value for money. Manage contracts and ensure adherence to terms and conditions, including performance specifications and timelines. Coordinate with project teams to resolve any cost discrepancies, change orders, or claims related to fire fighting systems. Monitor project costs and track expenditures against budgets to ensure projects remain on budget and within scope. Identify and address any potential financial risks, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. | ||
