| Job Description | Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams and procurement to identify project requirements and constraints. Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential schedule conflicts. Provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any deviations from the planned schedule. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays. Analyze the planned and actual progress at the site and prepare the comprehensive report on weekly basis to project control lead. Communicate schedule-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Participate in project meetings to provide insights into schedule performance and recommend adjustments as needed. | ||
