Federal Minister Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and HRD, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, handed over the instruments of ratification to Gilbert Houngbo, ILO Director-General, during the 353rd ILO Governing Body session.
The ILO instruments ratified by include:
- Forced Labour Protocol – strengthening the fight against forced labour
- Maritime Labour Convention – safeguarding seafarers' rights
- Labour Statistics Convention – improving labour market data
