Launching ceremony of Complaint Management System at Bureau HQs. Dated: Aug 7, 2018
Complaint Management System (CMS) developed by the Development Team of the Directorate of I.T. (Bureau HQs) have been handed over to the Directorate of Operations(Bureau HQs). Handing Over ceremony was held at Bureau Headquarters on 07th August, 2018. Director General and other officers of the Bureau were present at the occasion to receive the operations manual.
