| Job Description | Fault diagnosis Investigatory work and report writing 1st line technical support 1st line parts identification via emails and telephone Troubleshoot and diagnose most common complaints Manage all fashion design workshop resources under their possession and supervision Keep records of all resources at the Fashion Design Workshop and monitor the entire operation and maintenance of the workshop/ sewing machines and other related equipment Supervise, coordinate and control the usage of Fashion Design Workshop and its equipment (Sewing machines, ironing board, heavy duty sewing machines, fashion drafting facilities ) Store, organize and keep good maintenance of all facilities/spaces used by Fashion Program such as Fashion Garment storage room/ Fashion Arena/ Fashion Drafting Studios/ Fashion Design Workshop/ Sewing Studios Work with the Head of Program in conducting necessary Workshop Induction to new students of ICAD | ||
