Job Description	Under minimal supervision, sets up and perform the phosphate coating process in skilled precision.• Follow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions and monitor gauges, temperatures, and related controls and guidelines • Follow coating formulas to prepare phosphate bath as per procedures • Ensure the availability of all chemicals required for the phosphate process • Understanding of the MSDS of each chemical • Carefully cleanse product to remove dust and dirt. • Dip the products in chemical baths tanks. • Perform chemical activation process if required • Cover portions of product with tape if required
