Production Operator: A Production Operator oversees the entire production process in a bakery, operating and monitoring machinery, managing production flow, and ensuring products are made according to specifications. They troubleshoot issues and ensure efficiency and safety during production. Hygiene Operator: A Hygiene Operator focuses on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the bakery. They clean equipment, sanitize work areas, and ensure that all hygiene and food safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and clean production environment.
